Couple Counseling

Relationship therapy focuses on helping couples look at biblical principals and learn secular tools to help them resolve conflicts and improve communication skills.

It helps couples to correct behaviors in their relationship so that partners learn alternative ways of relating to one another. During the sessions we discuss what we need to do to keep you together, which stressors are going on in your relationship, conflict and resolution, biblical principles, the nature of the complex, communication patterns, strengths and weaknesses, what qualities are missing or dysfunctional in your relationship and healing from past hurts and childhood experiences. 

Premarital Counseling offers couples the opportunity to get prepared for marriage and looks at the Godly principles of marriage. It helps you and your partner get equipped to have a strong healthy relationship and gives you better chance to have a stable and satisfy marriage. 

The sessions include the design of marriage, learning your love language, strength and growth areas, identifying areas of weaknesses that could become problems during marriage, biblical principles, listening effectively, overcoming stressors, sexual intimacy and dating, conflict resolution, communication, male-female differences, male-female roles, finances, children, blended families and marital expectations.

Spiritual Awareness – in spiritual awareness we look at the health in your spirit.

Sometimes people struggling with spiritual awareness might feel empty or feel as though life lacks meaning, often feel anxious or unsettled, often feel as if they need to improve themselves, feel unconcerned or uncaring about life, judge themselves and others quickly and or harshly, find self compassion and self forgiveness difficult, lack a sense of inner peace and lack a sense of belonging.
